Hi, I'm Noelle Hayes and welcome to my site! I'm a licensed massage therapist serving Beaufort, SC and the surrounding area. I'm also a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have a background in clinical and functional medicine that provided me with a deep understanding of the human body as it pertains to pathophysiology, movement, and nervous system regulation.
